LT26i - Unlock Bootloader

how I can unlock bootloader , in Service Info -> config
say
Bootloader Unlock Allowed = NO

I read a lot of faqs and tutorials but in all say , that is not possible.

please can help me ?

If it says No, your device cannot be unlocked. This information is provided when you choose your device at the unlock boot loader webpage:
