Try settings-apps-all-album,clear data.Try to add them again.

Try this instead of software repair.

New album version: Open left side menu->Faces->Tap the options menu in the top right corner where it says “Photo analysis”. From there it’s possible to enable it.

Old album version: Press the tab “My Albums”->Choose the Faces tile-> Tap the options menu in the top right corner where it says “Photo analysis”. From there it’s possible to enable it.
