How do i do that.not trying to be funny but the phone is only a month old. I just know the response from sony it would be try a new sim factory reset running in safe mode try 3g only try cleaning the sim. Ive tried all of the above it makes no difference.
Just picked phone up now no signal so unlock wait five minutes still not reconnecting switch 4g off then back on only then does it reconect

I know you are dissapointed but you could try a software repair with SUS:

http://www.sonymobile.com/gb/tools/update-service/

I am not sure it will help but you could give it a try.
