memory card issue

My phone suddenly stopped seeing my memory card yesterday, I've tried turning it off and on again and taking the card out and putting it back. Any ideas of what else I could do?

Have you tried the card in other phones,see if it is not defective?

Hi WibbleCat,

Welcome to the community! Since you're new please be sure that you have checked out our Discussion guidelines.

With the information supplied, I suggest trying to connect the SD card to a PC computer via an adapter if possible.

If the SD card is read by the PC then you can backup the data on to a folder.

Once you have backed up the folder, try formatting the SD card in Fat32, and then try inserting the card back in to the handset to see if it works.
