Hi and welcome to the community! Since you're new please be sure that you have checked out our Discussion guidelines.

Sorry to hear that you got so many issues after updating the phone.

I recommend that you also try to reinstall the phones software using Update Service.. Then try the phone for a while before you restore any backup or install any 3:rd party apps.
If the issue should still remain I think that this needs to be examined and fixed at a repair center. For more information about how to submit your phone for repair and where, contact your local support team.

I recently updated my phone to the new firmware, and it has ruined my phone.
I don't just mean "it’s a little bit slower than before" I mean, it’s flat out garbage compared to how it was before the update.
The touchscreen is heavily unresponsive, apps often won’t start, apps will often face a fatal error and crash. The camera button no longer starts up camera mode, when I start camera mode manually I often get a message stating that the camera failed to respond, the power button doesn’t immediately turn the screen on or off any more, it fails to make calls, it fails to end calls. The keyboard often doesn’t open when I want to type. When I do type it often takes 15+ seconds to register my keystrokes, the clock is no longer in sync. I could go on, but trying to remember all of the problems I am having is ridiculous.

I performed a factory reset, and the sony accounts manager crashed. I left it a little while to do it's thing, and the screen turned off. It won't turn on again.
