    <description>&lt;P&gt;It's amazing you're trying to return a found phone, returns a bit of faith in humanity.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I guess the owner hadn't entered his data to be displayed on lock screen?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You can also try to take out SIM card and:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;a) put it into another phone - if it's not PIN protected, you can call/text a contact "Mom", "ICE" or anything like that and ask to them to let the owner know it's in good hands and will be returned.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;b) go to local network provider card is from and ask them to contact the owner&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Good luck!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
