battery problem!!!!

Hi Sony, yesterday I was using Internet on my phone. My phone was charged to 100% I used about 1hour and my phone was showing me the charge is 51% then suddenly it showed low battery info and turned off. Then I put my phone on charge while it's off. No battery icon showing then and after about 55 min it's charged 100%. Come on Sony what is this? I was facing this type of problem since the update of 4.3 jellybean 9.2.A.1.199. Are you guys going to solve this or what? You say make.believe? I say make.foolish. I will not buy any Sony product in future and will not suggest anyone. Absolutely frustrating.

are you updated recently??

also goto settingpower managment>battery usage...see what is draining your battery

I've updated my device about 1 1/2 monyh ago. I know which apps are draining my battery but that was not my point. What I wanted to say is, if apps are draining my battery it's ok but the battery should be draining gradually right? But when the battery is in like 10% but it showing me 50% and after a while it suddenly goes full empty. So I guess the battery progress percentage is stuck at some point and not showing the actual percentage.

Also found a new problem. When I put my phone on charge while it's off it shows the big green battery icon first but after a while if I press the power button once to see the icon, the whole display is white and there is no icon.

Great new new problems......I love Sony for make.foolish.

@Danial-mach1 with all due respect, software repair not worked for anyone till date right? So whats the point of SUS? Sony should release a firmware with all bugs fixed right?????

@Danial, Ok Danial if you are sure that it woeked in some cases then I'll take a chance. I'll tell you here that SUS worked for me or not maybe after a couple of days. Thanks for your replys.

Hey Danial, how are you? Just wanna tell you something. The problem I was facing with my battery it's doing good now without Software Repair.
Today I disabled the stamina mode to test if it's interfering with my battery or not and guess what! After disabled the "Stamina mode" my battery is doing fine. No stuck on charging and no sudden drop out.
So it's the stamina mode which were creating the problem. Although I will repair my os using SUS but just wanted to tell you about this.

Great..so try this if you didint try software repair till now

Setting>apps>all>eco mode controler (your phone language must be UK) clear data and Cache force stop and reboot phone

Thanks for your reply danial. I've reinstalled the os using Sony SUS. Battery seems to be OK but I haven't tried stamina mode yet. Without stamina mode it's OK but after 100% charge my phone turns off by itself like before. Also some other bugs still remains. I'll try the stamina mode and will tell you if the problem persist.

I guess the sus did actually nothing. Anyway thank you so much danial.

so i think somthing will cause this..an app..a setting..so far i cant figure it out

You faced only 2 time!!!! That's strange but good too. Then I guess you're probably right, maybe some app is interfering but how can we find that? If I want to find out I have to uninstall all third party app then have to install one by one and charge my mobile to 109% and see if any app is causing the problem.

That's gonna take a **bleep** outta my time man >:)

You can enter safe mode

In safe mode no app can Intrupte phone
