Regarding Android drivers

whenever i connect my phone with USB debugging mode ON . My computer search for the driver but it can't found it .. i have also try to solve it by tetherxp.inf but nothing worked .. plz guide me where to find this driver so that i can use the phone for debugging purpose ..

do you have PCC or SUS installen on your pc??

yes i have PC companion installed but the problem is still the same .. everything is working perfectly except debugging mode but i have to work on that only 😞 ...
