Xperia keyboard issues

I AM NOT ABLE TO USE ANY TEXT APP OR WHATSAPP DURING CALLS. THE KEYBOARD DOES'NT SHOW UP AT ALL. EVEN THE BACK BUTTON DOES NOT WORK DURING CALLS. DOES ANYONE ELSE HAVE THIS ISSUE ??

Hi and welcome to the community! Since you're new please be sure that you have checked out our Discussion guidelines.

I suggest that you first of all try to clear data for Xperia keyboard. Go to settings > apps > all > Xperia keyboard > clear data. Restart your phone and try again.

I found the solution its the "Smart Key" app uninstall it, it stops your keyboard from working when in a call and the back button won't work and it also messes up your widgets on your lock screen uninstall Smart Key

Hey,

This solution is only temporary , it works for one time only . The sad but a working solution is the one suggested below which forces us to uninstall the SmartKey application unfortunately.
