Bugs after new software update

I have a good few bugs going on after I've installed latest update 1. Chrome isn't working. Always showing "Chrome stopped working" as soon as | click on it. 2. Youtube videos not loading in HD. 3. Video camera isn't working. I can take a pictures, but when I try to record video, I get an error message. I wonder, if I can reinstall previous update as this one annoys me because of all this issues.

try uninstall all updates to chrome, helped for me.

(via settings, apps, Chrome).

I think its a touble with the update from Google services framework that is causing the problem. Uninstall the updates and re updating the app fixes the problem,

Its not a sony firmware bug

Welcome to the community! Since you're new please be sure that you have checked out our Discussion guidelines.

This may be due to a bad install of software, I suggest that you perform a Factory Data Reset to resolve these issues. Make sure to backup first, follow the link below to find out how this can be done.

Backup & Restore Instructions

To perform a Factory data Reset do the following.

Menu > Settings > Backup & reset > factory Data Reset > Make sure to untick the erase internal storage option.
