Data reception problem since upgrade

I have a Z1 which I just got back from the service centre (change motherboard) and the centre flashed the latest 136 firmware.

However since then I realised I would have problems with my data reception as the phone is not able to load websites or Facebook. Usually a restart would solve the problem but this is very annoying as I would need to do it at least once a day.

Any solutions?

Re-install the latest update with SUS or PCC, if that doesn't work then take it to a Sony repair center
