Having problems with camera. About 75% of the time when I try to start the camera all I get is a blank black screen. Sometimes with camera buttons - sometimes with nothing on the screen. If it does does start I can sometimes get maybe two or three photos before I get 'unfortunately the camera has stopped working.' Any photos taken with flash are garbage. if I click on the photo I've just taken from the camera app the screen is too dark to view it properly although if I come out of the app I can view normally from photos. I cleared the camera data from settings/ apps/all/ clear cache and it's just the same.

I downloaded the latest software and it's actually much worse. I really think I've bought a really duff phone.

Any help gratefully received.

First, don't open the camera when there playing several apps.

Second, uninstall the app which affect your camera from installing it.

Third, Clean up the files or something else in your phone and save uo the storage and so on..

Fourth, check the setting of your camera.

Fifth, restart or update the software.

Sixth, If all the steps are failed, you may need to do camera replacement.

If you still worry a lot, take it to service center to check.

Good luck to you!
