Sony Xperia L Speaker Problem

i have a XPERIA L and i have a problem with its speaker i cant play any music, no sounds for the applications and no internal speaker during call but when i turn on the loudspeaker its working i only happen when i updated it on 4.2.2. i reset it in factory mode sett. and i also booted it in safe mode but i doesnt fix the problem can anyone help me on this problem? please

>how about when you get call would you able to hear anything from that ??

>try using different earphones and check whether you are able to hear any sound from your phone, if you can able to hear sound, then problem might be with the earphones, else try to restore the phone once, that may fix your phone problem

I charge my phone using wall charger, it gives very good back up, you can try this, it might work for you too

i already reinstall the update but no luck the speaker is not working while playing musics and no internal speaker while having a call i need to switch on the loudspeaker to hear a voice. but when i use earphones everything is ok

i dont know what to do i already did all things that might fix the problem heelp helpp
