touch is vry unresponsive

touch is vry unresponsive.
i had to touch it vry hard to initiate any action &
touch behaves like some cheap china phone when placed at flat surface
& for pinch to zoom i cnt do it comfortably frm 2 fingers of same hand,i had to do it frm bth thumb.
my perception abt sony is changed now.
I'll nt buy any sony smartphone in future.
even my 2 year old samsung galaxy ace has a better touch.

Same problem for me too,although I still suspect my screen guard for that..!! Does the screen of Xperia L require a screen guard..?? I have read from specs that,the screen is a scratch proof by itself..please clarify me in this regard..

The Xperia L has a ASF (anti shatter film), the ASF it is not scratch resistant nor scratch proof, you should apply an extra film

So what do you recommend..?? I'm already using a screen guard which I suspect is hindering the touch sensitivity..what are other options..
