Restart your phone (power & volume up at the same time for 5 seconds ) and if that doesn't work, re-install the update all over

You can use SUS or PCC

Update Service (SUS)

PC Companion (PCC)

That's only if its a software issue. if that doesn't work then you will have to stop by a Sony repair center
