Transferring data to SD card

I am getting a message saying 'internal storage 75% full recommend transfer data to SD card however when I try to do this the only option I have is cancel, can sum1 help please??

Try to low level format the sd card using an adapter.If you download a file explorer,cannot you move files?

Could you explain that again but in layman terms am not really clued up with technical stuff... It's basically saying I need to transfer the internal data to sd card but when I get to the screen it says 0kb on each option and my only option is the cancel button, help much appreciated

Look, if u have all private data and camera photos saved at sd card. Like movies and pictures.

Download a file explorer from google play and try to move using that file explorer.Look for androzip,es explorer.

Yeah I have already moved all data to SD card but the phone is still telling me that the internal memory is nearly full, is there something else I need to do?

Probably you have apps that store data on your internal phone.Try to clear data for apps you do not use and remove them.
