Frozen Xperia SP

Hi, my phones screen is frozen and non of the buttons or touchscreen will work, i have tried to restart it via the 'off' button on the back of the phone at the botton. Any other ideas?

is it still freeze?even after restart by reset button under back cover?

Yes its still frozen, tried it a number of times but nothings happening.
