No Sim error

Hi,

Few days back, i have bought Xperia M2 Dual phone. From last couple of days, i'm getting No SIm or No Sim error message while connecting on call.

I've read out some forum related to this error, but didn't get the conmfotable answer from any of them and decided to raise this log.

Can you direct what's best to dealt with this problem. I can't afford these network disconnection/ phone restart again and again.

I hope, i'll get a quick response from you.

The phone is dual standby,which means you need to use one SIM on WCDMA and the other on GSM only.

Currently, i'm using only one SIM and not sure which setting(WCSMA or GSM) to be used with one SIM

Go to settings-more-mobile networks,check from there.
