problemm with setting Z1- HELP

Somehow I pushed one of the setting in the phone and it is hard to work with.

the phone "is telling" me what on screen.

always when I oppen it it calls "xperia t.m."

I cant work on setting as it dosent let me scroll up/down. right or left.

when I push on screen it show it in yellow squre and call whatever inside....

it is weekend now, so no support.

cant operate the phone or reset it

Does someone know what it is and how to repair it?

I believe you have enabled Talkback so you may need to use 2 fingers for now - But open Settings then Accessibility then at the top disable TalkBack
