No internet while on a call

Hi am using Xperia sp and i have this problem that when I am on a call I cannot assess my mobile data. I cannot send or receive anything. But when I switch to wifi then it works fine and I can send and receive msg. Wondering what the problem is.

I do not think you will be able to use mobile data during calls,that should be normal.Wifi however should be fine.

You can't use data connection while on call..however you can use wi-fi during calls

Hi well I think there is an issue with xperia SP. When I connect to 4G connection then I cannot surf when I am on a call but if I change to 3g connection then I can surf and send msg

If I am not mistaken, these kind of features should also be supported by your network provider/gsm operator, too. You may want to check it with them.

With 2G network you can't surf Internet while on a call but with 3G network you can do both simultaneously. don't know about 4G.
