I have used Sony phones since their first walkman was launched and never had so many issues with a controlling manufacturer. The internal memory being unable to free up from apps preloaded that I didn't want or need is bad enough now a push as come through on my cell demanding I update on a computer. The result of which my touchscreen now rarely works. I do not have access to a computer where I can download the update.. So what do you suggest now your company rendered my phone useless?
