topic can't update in XPERIA archive

can't update

Hi..i got difficulty when i tried to update my J. its my first time to do that.. i tried it last week and it was success to progress, but because a thing i need to stop it. and now i try to update but there is no any progress appear in my PC companion.. what should i do?thank you

Hi cho

first of all , when you planned to do update make sure you dont want to stop it at the mid of updating it, it might cause some glitches, now

>since it is no go in PC companion, if you have diferent computer with you, then try connecting the phone to that computer and try to update it , make sure you have high speed internet Broadband(not Wifi) and try updating it, hope it might works now

If you still experience problem with PC Companion, you can try with Update Service instead:
