Notification led color problem

Hello,

I have a problem with my Z1. Notification led colors are messed up.

Latest events:

My phone came from "local" repaircenter that Sony uses. I was having issues with powerbutton and they change new

FCP assembly relay and some adhasive tapes to my phone.

Well first of all it is annoying trying to manage without our phone so i was happy when i finally got it.

Problem:

But right after installing whatsapp i noticed that phone was blinking purple color when new message came(also it seems to blink when it wants).

I checked whatsapp settings and there it is stated that color should be white.

So i have download led color tester from store and results are:

(led test color)white=purple (phone led color)

green=no color at all

blue=blue

yellow=red

orange=red

cyan=blue

magenta=magenta

purple=purple

Im not sure if all colors should even work, but atleast green and white should work

What have i done to fix problem?

I have once reset my phone to factory setting and once i have repaired phone with bridge to mac.

This problem occurred in Jelly Bean and also after updating to KitKat

This is truly annoying, because i think i have to send phone back to repaircenter

If someone has any ideas, please share

Hi,

I'm not able to reproduce your problem when trying with the LED color tester. Since you have tried to repair the phone software and a factory reset, it's sounds unfortunately like you need to have this examined by a service center again.

Yeah already posted it to my dealer who will sent it forward.

Hopefully they will find what the problem is.

Good day,

Finally got some answers, but not the ones i was hoping for.

According to my local official Sony repair center problems is with Sony`s latest OS update. And that this update has messed up notification colors.

At first time when it was at repair center they changed some relay and run software update (still same that was already in phone) After it came colors were messed up, and it was latest nordic fw and 4.3 Jellybean. I updated it to 4.4 and colors were still messed up

They say that they cannot do anything beacause its a software malfunction and i should contact Sony directly

My phone is doomed. Local repair service cannot fix it and support for Sony phones in Finland is bad.

I also noticed that micro-usb thingy is loosen and breaks loading if i lift usb core little bit up.

Well im going to get new phone today from my dealer, hopefully building quality is better in that one.
