Erase on the main menu

Dear Sirs: Please indicate how I can erase a bare (black) that indicate the dimentions of picture showed. Is under the indicating icons for functins.

My equipment is a Xperia Mini SK17i.

Hi and welcome to the community! Since you're new please be sure that you have checked out our Discussion guidelines.

Sounds like some widget or app acting up. Try to press and hold on the black space and see if a trash can appears in the bottom of the display. Drag and drop it in the trash can to remove it.
