&lt;P&gt;Have you tried to unpair the devices and then pair them again? If that doesn't help you can try to reset your headset and make a new pairing to see if you get a better experience.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;If not, I would suggest that you try with another Bluetooth device to see if the phone behaves differently.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Also make sure that you have the latest available update for your phone:&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have a Creative bluetooth headset and my Z1 loses connection if not used for a few minutes.&amp;nbsp; Not very helpful if being used for receiving calls in the car. I believe that the Z1 previously had a similar issue but a software update to 14.2.A.1.136 was supposed to fix this.&amp;nbsp; Doesn't appear to have worked for me.&amp;nbsp; Anyone else with a similar problem or prefereably a solution.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
