Hi, my connection to the modem is showing "excellent", but WiFi does not work. Using Netgear modem roter N300

are u sure that the network is on and used other device with it !!

and are u sure is DHCP is enabled on the router

if not so its router problem and u have to fix it

if yes and DHCP and other devices working good so u have to try z1 with other wireless network to see if problem with z1 or router
