disturbance in speaker while talking

having too much disturbance during talking on my xperia m dual....purchased it 5 months back,disturbance goes off when the volume is reduced.typical tearing kind of disturbance.its a hardware problem or network related?wot to do please suggest?

Repair your phone with SUS or PCC, if that doesn't work you can get a new SIM card

It might be hardware problem or a software one, and the second you can probably fix by yourself by repairing via PC Companion.

If you have such possibility you can ask your family or friends if any of them could lend you their micro SIM and try if there still are these disturbances you have now. You can also try out your SIM in their phone. If disturbances in your phone with another SIM will persist, try repairing your phone as uliwooly suggested (and if needed once again try another SIM). If that won't help as well, I think it would be time to contact Sony:

thanks apsik but wot could be the possible cause for it?there hasnt been a blow or anything to the phone one instance it was all good...moments later its sick!!!?

Nearly all electronic devices sometimes stop working without a reason and need re-installing the OS to be working fine again, seemimgly without a reason. You simply should always check if you can fix your device by yourself or at least mąkę sure it's a hardware problem before handing your device to the producer.

tried every thing....infact downloaded sony diagnostics from play store,repaired it with pcc.now have given to sony ser centre!!with me there were 3 other people with similar problem in sp ,l ,m!!!!within 5 months.a die hard sony fan i wont recommend it now to any one....infact going for samsung for my father:smileyrolleyes:

I too have this problem in my cellphone. Poorest service received from the service center. I have sent my feedback to the mail id mentioned in the job sheet. I got my camera replaced today. But the ear speaker stopped working. I don't know why these people in service centers don't test the handsets before delivering it to the customers. I was one of the most loyal customers of Sony. Will never suggest any one to go for it. Had terrible experience. Can anyone here tell me how can I get my handset replaced with a new one???

got it replaced.....working nicely uptill now.brace up sony....these hardware issues wrecking your reputation badly
