    <description>&lt;P&gt;hi,im having all sort of problem in my phone&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;1.usb not recognized in my laptop&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;2.bluetooth is paired,but canot send files.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;3.i cant find my file manager,which i had once.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;it juz went through a service,which they say,my phone had a screen injury&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;1. Try to connect the phone to another USB port, you can also try with another USB cable.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;2. Which Android version do you have on your phone? Check under settings &amp;gt; about phone.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;3. The phone doesn't have a preinstalled file manager. You can download a 3rd party file manager from Android Market.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;In that case I would suggest that you try connect your phone to another PC.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;When it comes to Bluetooth transferring, you should not pair the device first. Open for example album/gallery and select a picture &amp;gt; select to send/share it using Bluetooth &amp;gt; select your PC in the list of available Bluetooth units. Also make sure that you PC is set to allow receiving files over Bluetooth.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
