Problem with SmartWatch

Recently my SmartWatch has been giving me problems

1) when plugged in to the charger, it does not respond at all. The screen doesn't light up and I have checked the wire; there is no problem with it

2) It disconnects from my phone often although they are right beside each other. It also takes a while to detect my phone's bluetooth

As of now, the smartwatch has no battery (as what I am assuming and also it had low battery the last time it worked)

Any help is welcomed

I'm sorry to hear. Unfortunately, it's hard to make any troubleshooting if the device will not power on. If you have tried with different chargers and the SmartWatch still does not indication charging, it's not much more than you can do on your own.

I suggest that you raise this with your local support team to get information about how to proceed with this in the best possible way:
