Dear sir/ madam,

I have brought Xperia E on 31.03.2013 and after few months, I was getting power button issue and I have visited service center on 25/02/2014 ticket id #14022500252 as per my conversation with the folks there was a problem with headset and motherboard (PIC) and needs to replaced they asked me to collect my phone on 01/03/14.

On 01/03/14 after waited for 45 minutes someone from team attended me and said the we have replaced the motherboard (PIC), However; you need to come after 2 hour we are updating the software in your phone, same day i went to the store again at 16:00 hours and now they have came to with the different story the motherboard which we have replaced is not functioning properly now we will give you phone back on 3/03/2014 and when I went on 03/03/2014 then they again said to come on 07/03/2014,and finally I got my phone back on 07/03/2014 with some damages on it which u seen into enclosed picture with circled part with the new problem

Auto reboot in every five minutes. i discussed this problem with one the engineer there name KUSH as per him we have replaced the PIC and this reboot problem will be sorted automatically in 24 hours.

But still i m facing the same problem with the headset. And I have again visited to service center on 12/03/2014 at sharp 10:00 a.m but the center is opened at 10:40 A:M and my ticket id is 14031100154.

This complaint is regarding the poor service provided by the certified sony service centers. I went to this so called certified sony center in Rohini sector-7 (J P electronics).

I humbly request you to look into this matter and take appropriate actions against the mentioned service center. I attached a copy of the receipt and pictures of my damaged phone along with this letter.
