Using PCC or SUS

Hi, i just got new system update notification (12.1.a.1.201), for my sony xperia sp. Its size is 9.4mb.
I wanted to ask should i update through PCC, SUS or directly in my phn via wifi ?
What are the benefits of updating the phn with above mentioned methods ?
N whr can i get sus ?

If it's that's size then it's probably an OTA update to a program like Movies etc and won't be available through PCC or SUS however there are no advantages or disadvantages is using PCC over SUS or OTA

Its not a program/application update, its a firmware update and its also available in PCC,

should i update through PCC ?

SUS = sony update service.It is an update engine by the definition.Some say it is.I have never had problems with PCC however.

I ve updated the phn, but now there is no camera shortcut or any shorcuts for that matter on the lock screen.

Is this the part of the update ?

I ve updated through OTA.

Camera shortcut appeared after restarting the phn, but sometimes it disappears.
