ERROR! CAMERA NOT AVAILABLE

Hello everyone, i need a little help, since a week or two everytime i try to record a video as soon as I touch the red button it says "error! camera not available"

so i have been browsing a bit to know what i must do, and yes i did clear all data, i restarted the phone, it seems to be working only on safe mode, software is up to date. everything seems to be fine, except i cannot take any video. can someone please please help me.

Do you have any 3rd party apps for your camera?In safe mode it does the same?

no third party apps except photo grid, and in safe mode it does work, only in normal mode that it is not working.

Remove any apps that could be related to the camera.See how it goes.

Based on your first post and the steps that you have already tried to perform, repair/re-install the phone software using Sony Update Service.

ello again, so I downloaded sony update service, and i have to enter the model of my phone but they don't have it in the list, what should I do, can I just choose any sony xperia z1 model. My one is a sony xperia z1 model C6903 . What should I do... thx again for your help...

You should choose xperia c6903 or 02,don't remember exactly how it is in SUS.

- xperia z1 f (SO-02f)

- xperia z1 (SO-01f)

- xperia z1 (SOL 23)

- xperia z1 xperia Z1s (C6916)

Which one to choose?
