I am having the same issues after updating to Android 4.3. The phone has become very slow and no matter how many programs I disable it still keeps using nearly 700-750 MB of RAM. Considering I bought this phone just last week its a bit of a let down. Please fix these issues fast. 😕

Sometimes a factory reset or a software repair helps.

I,must say that I updated and nothing was ok, I repair and nothing was ok too, but, I repaired and nothing was ok too but I repair again and after that I configured the steps to use my mobile, and after that, I just done a factory reset and configured the first steps again, after that I installed and configured all what I wanted and now is ok

I recommend use a repair install, after that follow the, first steps and then go to adjust and factory reset and use like you want, now for me is all ok!
