pc companion problem

Hey guys i reseted ma phone recently..Then i tried to repair ma xperia l(c2104) using pc companion and i get this message..

Is there any problem with ma phone or any other problems..

I use win 8.1 OS..

Try to use sony update service:

i tried it too...same result..eventhough i use 4.1 i still get that my phone is installed with latest update..But i get OTA updates..
