    <description>&lt;P&gt;This is the third Xperia Neo phone i have had in six months and each time it's the same problem.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Turn the phone off when i go to bed, wake up the next morning turn phone on all contacts have disappeared??&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I can normally upload my contacts from the VCF files but this time it says they have uploaded but nothing is showing?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Also when I am adding new contacts and numbers these are also not showing, This is the fourth time it has now happened starting to get very frustrated.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;This sounds like you have a filter enabled in your contact app. Open contacts &amp;gt; menu button &amp;gt; filter &amp;gt; unmark online contacts and make sure that phone contacts or Google contacts is marked.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
