SMS Delivery reports not working?

Dear Sony ,

I own a sony xperia and i am facing a problem in the sms .. when i send a msg the phone says the msg is sent by the "tick" mark on the msg yet i am not getting and delivery report upon the charges for the sent msg i seem to find it very difficult by this which out the delivery report i am not able know my daily msg charges and i am using a message pack without the delivery report shown by the phone after 100 msges the next msgs are charged which i am not able to track of since there is delivery report shown i have also conformed with the network provider there seems to be no problem from there end i am really waiting for your reply and the solution for this.

After sending you sms when the massage shows a tick mark, touch and hold your sms and chose massage details. Look at the bottom it says "status->sent/delivered" it means your sms is delivered.

Actually I just got an xperia few days back and i've noticed this. I've also seen what you're talking about faisal3dfx but the issue is am not suppose to check for the report manually. I mean it has always been a pop-up message since for ever, so why is it like this now or is there some other setting?

@Innosaint yes you are right it should be a pop up message to show the delivery report but I really don't know what's wrong with our sony xperia devices. Maybe it's a new kind of experience sony wants their user to check delivery report manually. That's why it's called Xperia you know...... 😛
