      <description>&lt;P&gt;Are you sure you are trying to repair or are you checking for updates&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;To perform a repair switch off your phone - start PC Companion then click on Support zone then update my phone/tablet then in Blue select Repair my phone/tablet - Follow the onscreen instructions and when prompted making sure your phone is switched off hold volume down and connect your USB cable&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;If Thommo's solution does not help, there might be a firewall and/or an anitivirus program on your computer that is blocking the program. You may need to make exceptions for PC Companion in the firewall/antivirus to be able to perform an update / repair.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
