No Sony executives said will have a new flagship every six months sincerely I don't like this strategy from sony because all the people won't be liking to change of flagship every 6 months and if you are buying for example a Sony xperia Z2 and 1 week after is Sony presenting the new flagship this is a waste of money! Because you won't be feeling the best xperia the best of Sony! You'll be feeling angry! Just like angry birds! And so since now I'm getting money to buy my new xperia z2 ( I think I'll be buying this on July xD) but I don't know if buy this or wait for xperia z3! -. -!

Z3 sounds good, wonder if it will actually be waterproof, or have a camera that works as advertised, and out in October you say, and Z4 to be announced soon! If only they solid software instead of constant running fixes and old operating versions

Totally agree! That happend to my egh.. flagship T-model, that looks now sily coparing to Z or even V.. I'm excited so much that would just throw the money in nearest shop to have Z2, but more likely i'll wait to see what users will say... having all the X-PERIENCE with my XPERIA and... all that we remember from ee.... 4 or 6 months ago? All the best from sony for you in Z1, and.... yes, a lot bugs found by users later. I'll just wait and see if its as great as on TV spots... just to be sure of well spent money ;D

... of course, there are always some bugs and fixes that need attention, that happens to everything from windows systems thru linux'ys, thats how technology works by now, Well still think they had plenty of time for tests and last flagship models experience gathered to make it all work fine, but still it's hugely expensive comparing to whats inside... cause it's basicly a Z1 reedition with fixed screen, more Ram and new Android, and pricing differences between those two are pretty large. Yes I know, the frame is bigger, there are less port covers, and more aluminium in frame used, but... can't fight the feeling it just came too fast to be perfect. Samsung waited with s5 for... what, ten months, year?

I'm curious how Sony and the usa carriers will handle the strategy by Sony. So far tmobile(my carrier for years) has started to experiment. When I went to get an upgrade my mind was set on either anew LG flex or note 3. Out of the blue I see the z1s and was completely surprised. As fly fisherman it made sense to me. I'm wondering how soon we will see the z2 in the usa at least in tmobile stores. I'm not sure how sonys six month flagship strategy will pan out here. I'm thinking it would have more negative feedback from American consumers and that would be bad business. I'm curious to see the future of Sony here in the states

let's hope six months strategy doesn't mean shortened support for the phones... Having a full palette of divices to upgrade (Z, Z1, Z2, V, M, M2, T, T2, Z ultra, SP, LX) will make the upgrades slower in time.. If they wanna be on time with latest software they'll propably cut off older ones
