Hi Hema

The Phone Ram is 512MB i believe rite ?? and if you play a game which has high end graphics then it lags the speed of game along with heating up

if you want to check availability Ram available then you can go to

Settings -> Apps -> Running -> then at the bottom you can see available Ram memory, will be less i believe in your case, so to increase the ram memory, try this

>settings -> apps -> running -> there you can find many apps running(not the preinstalled from phone) , tap on such apps and try to stop the background process which gives you more Ram, which help not to lag the phone

let us know

Manjuboyz

NOTE:
Rate me(Kudos) If you are happy with my Resolution, Thanks

for unistalling any app goto setting>apps>downloaded

tap on an app you want and then tap on uninstall

and your phone is branded new...heating up is normal for 1-2 weeks..after that it will fix by it self
