Media pauses when adjusting volume

Very often when i adjust the volume in mediaplayers (eg. walkman, spotify, beyondpod) the media pauses. Its only when headphones are connected. Tried lots of different headphones. Adjusting with buttons on phone. My colleagues Z1 compact do the exact same thing.

Any suggestions?

Are you more than one user using same spotify acount?

I have experience problems with the new spotify feature called spotify connect, which pauses my walkman player when my wife pausing or changing song in spotify....Really annoying when happening...

No, this has nothing to do with spotify accounts.

I have the exact same problem, I have tried many different music players and it happens when I listen to radio as well.
I have tried to uncheck minimise sound difference when something something under Sound in settings, doesn't help either.
