Xperia j random rebooting

hi. i'm having a xperia j and i am sick of it. i got a new one and many problems in it. i claim it to sony center and they give me a new one in replacement. it worked perfect for few days and then again now it is making me sick. notification light works some times but usually it gives no respond when i recieve a message or a miss call i.e (no blue notification light) but when i put my cell on charging and recieve a message during charging, the blue led light is working. i restart my phone and the problem is still there. the other problem is of randomly rebooting. xperia j restarts by itself thrice or 4 times a day. plz help me with these issues plz

Boot your phone into safe mode and see if the same occurs:

but how i will know that there is any problem? i mean when i put my phone on safe mode, how will i come to know that there is any problem?

If in safe mode,the phone works fine,it means you have apps acting up(something that you have installed).

ok so now i'm running it in safe mode. i'm facing two problems 1;random rebooting and 2:led light not working. so how much time i can use my phone in safe mode? i mean if i want to know that there is any problem, how much time i have to run it in safe mode? can i recharge it in safe mode? it is not harmful if i run my phone in safe mode right?

There is no problem if you run in safe mode,it just disables any other apps than the default.You should run it about 1-2 days,see if the restart occurs or not.

thank u so much ok i'll do so. and tell me an other thing if i find my phone is perfect in safe mode, how will i know that which installed application is making trouble? 😐

That will be a more difficult part,we need to know about what apps you have installed and I think we might find out.Usually there are task killers involved or battery savers.

so i was running my xperia j in safe mode for last 24 hours. and unfortunately the problem exists in safe mode also. notification light workd some times and sometimes not. and the phone restarts itself for 2 times in safe mode. so what i have to do now? plz hlp me this is so annoying and depressing :'(

Sounds like you have a hardware fault and would need to contact Sony http://www.sonymobile.com/global-en/support/contact-us/ to find your nearest service centre or you could return it to the place of purchase

yes yes i'm sure they gave me a nw one. hey i updates my software with SUS. and from 2,3 days it is working ok. but i have a problem. at night when i charge my phone 100% and use it..say the battery level remain 97 or 95% but when in the morning i get up and check my phone the battery level is 84 or 82% . and lemme tell u i turn off wifi at night. can u help plz? and i have installed AVG antivirus.

Remove any kind of antivirus,task killers,battery savers.
