I've installed last update 15.4.a.0.23 but the problems was not solved and I found more problems like no localization by myxperia app from the pc or problems with other apps, so I downgrade to previous firmware.

Hello community.

I have a problem with my brand new Xperia M, latest avalible software (15.1.C.2.8) on board. Here's what's happening:

When I'm trying to conenct to eduroam network at my university (max signal strength) it asks me for login and password, I enter those, it starts to connect and... signal drops to a dot and phone fails to connect. I installed wifi analyzer to check something, and it seems that my Xperia always tries to connect to the weakest one (eduroam is a network avalible at all places of university and has many accespoints).

It somehow managed to connect a few times, so it's not an authentication problem.

Wifi fixer and other apps like that did nothing, as well as forgeting and re-entering login data.

Wifi works fine with other networks, once it connects to eduroam it's fine as well, but connecting is almost impossible.

None of my friends have a problem like that, their Android devices work fine with eduroam network.

If a topic like that was already created, please excuse me and provide with a link, for I couldn't find anything helpful on the Internet for a few days.

Thanks in advance

Update: I somehow managed to connect yesterday and checked if it roams well. It does. I can walk all over the University without losing connection. After my last class I turned wifi off and on again - it failed to connect.

Any ideas?

Update 2: I've found a temporarily solution - if I will, without removing this wifi from favorites, re-enter just password (modify -> enter password -> save), it connects. Once I disconnect (turn adapter off or lose signal) and try to reconnect (turn adapter back on or get back into area with signal) I have to re-enter password again. I have no idea why this works, since forgetting the wifi and re-entering login and password failed.

I got the wifi to work, but I'm far from being satisfied with that. I hope that rumored upcoming Android update will fix that bug.
