      <description>&lt;P&gt;Dear Guys,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've Sony Ericsson Arc and it was fully discharged and it dosen't start up again,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;i thought it's a software problem but it turned to be a boot problem&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;i need to know how to deal with. any help would be appreciated ^_^&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;BTW the phone doesn't even show Sony logo it's completely off and the charging LED doesn't glow if connected to the charger&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
