Since last update the speakers barely work, when "trying" to watch a video only the top speaker works but have to hold it to my to hear even at top volume, when trying to listen to music the speakers have a mind of their own - loud/ quiet, 1 speaker/2speaker. When someone calls there is no volume at all so have to rely on the vibration, same when receiving texts, I see several people have reported this so know it's not a fault with my phone, am getting really annoyed with this now as without sound what is the point of this "smart" phone? Its as much use as the £10 ones in Tesco!!!!!! Hope this is going to be sorted ASAP as the quality of music sound was a big factor of me buying this phone & it is now not providing this service, not on!

This has been fixed with the recent .757 firmware

If you haven't received it then contact Sony and enquire as to the the release date if they know it for your country - If it's network branded then enquire with your network

Where do I find this firmware or is it automatically sent to my phone?

You should check with PCC and SUS for the update:

You could manually flash this firmware but you'll need to download it see here and look for the Generic .757 firmware file - Make sure to download the correct firmware for the model number you have - Instructions are here but ignore the title as it's the process you need to follow
