after i update my sony z1 most of my video and my recoded video play after a while then it freeze just like the picture i post above

Try settings-apps-all-movies,force stop and clear data.Restart.

Did you install updates for movies app?Try to uninstall updates and see if it works.

Are these videos stored on the Internal memory or the SD card.

Try to store them on internal and see if there is any difference.

Songs and video files are of size respectively 3 GB MP3's and 7.2 GB for videos. If everything is to be done using phones internal memory than I think I have wasted my 32 GB SD Card.
Also phone displays warning that more than 75% memory is used normally when less internal memory is left.
Why I cant use my SD Card for storing excess images, songs and videos and using them from SD card
