hey goodmorning havent get my kitkat update yet on my Compact anyone can help me doing it manual since OTA havent hit me still??

But seriously.

You can flash new firmware with a Flashtool as I did.

You can find firmware here.

You have to use latest version of flashtool (0.9.15.0). Installing flashtool and drivers is not so easy, especially if you use Windows 8 but it is not very hard too. Everything you need you will find here - there is a link for latest flashtool and guide how to flash stock rom.
