GPS not working anymore

Hello.

I've bought this Xperia U some 20 months ago and the GPS has stopped working some weeks ago.

I've tried just about everything including upgrading, downgrading, different applications, purging assistence data and it keeps saying "Searching for GPS".

"GPS Location Test" on service menu is stuck on "Please Wait" forever.

Is it time fot it to visit a Sony Shop?

Are you performing this operation indoors or have you tried outdoors also

I only ask as I am rarely able to pick up a GPS signal indoors

If you have tried everything then maybe you would need to visit a service centre for further technical help

I tried indoors, outdoors, moving and stationary and it just doesn't work.
