&lt;P&gt;You can try to remove the battery and SIM card for a while. Put it back and try to start your phone again. You can also try to connect the charger.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;If the problem persists,&amp;nbsp;I suggest that you have your phone examined by a service center.       <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My phone fell down and went blank. I cant do anything with it right now. I am trying to switch it off but cannot switch off.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Even the light under the touch buttons is not working.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;please try to help me out.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanking you&lt;/P&gt;</description>
