skype and viber problems after updating to android 4.3

I need help after updating my xperia Z1 to android version 4.3 ,the skype and the viber have problems when I am calling I can't hear nothing for the viber and it fail for skype ,it's the same in wifi and 3g.

Try to remove them and their data.After that have a clean install.

Hi there I also have this problem on three Ireland network after an update to get 4g both Skype and viber not working I cannot talk to the caller. Did anyone find a solution. For such an expensive phone I am not impressed with Sony if they do not come up with a solution to this all my contacts are on skype
