    <description>Same problem but sony relied quickly;After further review we can confirm that as a part of the offer you were entitled to the charging dock for your tablet. However, in order to obtain the charging dock you needed to add this to your order when you placed it. We can see that you did not add it to your order as you only ordered the Tablet.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;However, we have forwarded a request to review this further and have requested that an order be placed for you for the charging dock.       <title>Not happy at all with Sony</title>

      <description>There's been a pre order offer to get the Xperia z2 tablet and get the magnetic charging dock for free&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;The deal stated that the cost would be deducted at checkout. Unfortunately the deal didn't work, even if you went to the credit card screen, it would have taken the full price.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Three emails and three tweets, not even a reply&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;On chat I was told by someone who called the marketing department they were fixing it and would extend the deal as a result&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Yet yesterday I notice the deal has gone and the tablet is now out of stock&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I genuinely wanted to buy one but wanted the deal and was waiting for the promised fix.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I'm genuinely disgusted, so I may just not bother and look elsewhere. Oh and I'll be cancelling my Z2 phone pre order too, if that's how Sony treats potential customers</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have done so, numerous times. However no one has had the courtesy to respond to my emails or tweets about it.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;On chat I was told that the offer would be extended because they were aware of the issue... next day out of stock, offer gone.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;So I'll be cancelling my Z2 phone pre-order too. Terrible service I'm afraid.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I had a terrible response from Customer services who just stated, the offer wasn't valid anymore so we can't send you a free dock even though the offer didn't work at any point during the pre-order period.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've emailed them back and copied in Sony Mobile's CEO with the hope I'll finally get some customer service from them.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>Tablet drivers are tech savvy, yes? If the free offer on the website was not clear sony should resolve this quickly. This stock was already earmarked so cmon sony, get it shipped and regain some KUDOS.</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Not only wasn't it clear but actually it didn't work, if you placed both in the cart it would have charged you the full amount anyway&lt;/P&gt;</description>
